    International wives

 

 

International Wives is a support group that promotes friendship and camaraderie among the foreign community members stationed at Wright Patterson and their hosts—the USA.  We meet on the first Friday of each month at 9.30 am from September through June, at Chapel 3 located at 682 Chapel Lane, off Spinning Road in the Prairies housing area.  There are no dues, however we take turns providing food, usually recipes from our native countries.  Young children are welcome under the supervision of a parent.  We encourage you to bring some toys along to keep the children entertained.

International Wives Scholarship

2008-2009

 

 

The purpose of the International Wives Group Scholarship program is to identify, recognize and reward outstanding young men and women graduating from our area’s secondary schools.  Our program was established to aid the continued education of students who have demonstrated the highest personal and intellectual qualities through superior academic performance and who have participated in and have led extracurricular and community activities. 

We are very proud to offer a scholarship to an outstanding student, child or member of the International Wives Group.
